Directions
WEST PRINCE:
Hernewood Intermediate School - Continue past Summerside and stay on Highway 2. You will go past O’Leary corner and just a couple of minutes after that you will see Hernewood Intermediate on your right hand side. Fields are in behind school.
Westisle High School — Continue past Summerside and stay on Highway 1 You will go past O’Leary corner and about 10 minutes after that you will see Westisle High School on your right hand side. Fields are in behind school.
SUMMERSIDE:
Three Oaks — Coming from West Prince or from Charlottetown via Kensington, take the turn at Granville Street and go up to Wendy’s. Turn left and drive past Athena school, turn right and follow MacEwen road until you see the bus depot and Three Oaks school. Turn right and this takes you right to the school.
Three Oaks — Coming from the Trans Canada, turn at Read’s corner and continue up that road until you get to Dodge dealership. Turn right onto MacEwen road and follow that road until you see the bus depot and Three Oaks school. Turn left and this takes you right to the school.
KENSINGTON:
Queen Elizabeth Elementary — turn right off Victoria St. East, the field is beside the elementary school.
Kensington High School — turn left off Victoria St. East, the field is beside the school to the right, out past tennis courts.
CENTRAL QUEEN’S:
Central Queen’s Complex — as you are entering Hunter River and get to the bottom of the large hill, you will turn right if you are coming from Charlottetown and left if you are coming from Summerside. Once you turn (Highway 13), follow this road for about a kilometer and the sign is on your left hand side — Elmer G. MacDonald Soccer
Complex.
ELIOT RIVER:
Eliot River Elementary — at the major intersection in Cornwall (mini shopping mall with Save Easy Grocery store), turn off Trans Canada Highway. If proceeding from Charlottetown, turn left and take the first right. The fields are at the end of this street, adjacent to the Eliot River DreamPark. The upper field is by the highway and the main field is by the soccer Clubhouse.
East Wiltshire — Continue through the intersection in Cornwall, until you get to the North River Rink intersection (2 sets of lights later). Turn left if coming from Trans Canada, right if coming from Charlottetown. Take your next left and follow road until you get to East Wiltshire School.
Bluefield High School — Take Trans Canada Highway via Kensington and Hunter River until you get to Colville Road (big red barn on your right hand side coming from Kensington, left hand side coming from Charlottetown). Turn onto Colville road, go through one intersection (small grocery store) and continue straight until you get to the school on your right hand side.
NORTH SHORE:
Community Center — located beside the North Shore community center in Covehead on route #25. It is approximately 10.5 kin from Jewell’s County Market at the corner of St. Peter’s road and the York-Covehead-Stanhope road (route #2 5). Jewell’s County Market (with the big red roof) is approx 3.5 km from the intersection of the Bypass Highway and St. Peter’s Road (KFC corner).
WINSLOE WEST ROYALTY:
Complex — is located on Lower Malpeque Road and is approximately 3 km north from the intersection of the Trans Canada Highway and North River Road. Coming out of Charlottetown the complex is on your left hand side, (intersection where Hyundai, Tim Horton’s, Esso, Econo Lodge are located). Coming from Kensington, the complex is on your right hand side once you turn onto Lower Malpeque road (turn right at the pottery building sign)
Charlottetown Rural — Continue through the North River Road intersection (intersection where Hyundai, Tim Horton’s, Esso, Econo Lodge are located) and approximately 1 km from the intersection you will turn right onto Burns Ave. (Central Field ball diamond is visible) and take a right at the ball diamond. The upper field is on your left and proceed towards the school where the lower field is on your right.
CHARLOTTETOWN:
Co-op Field - Continue through the North River Road intersection (intersection where Hyundai, Tim Horton’s, Esso, Econo Lodge are located) and approximately a couple of km from the intersection you will turn right onto North Queen Elizabeth Drive. The field is one block down and near the water.
Spring Park Field — Go down University avenue until you get to the KFC — MacDonald’s intersection. Turn right and follow that road until you get to the fields on your right hand side.
Colonel Gray and Simmons Field - Continue through the North River Road intersection (intersection where Hyundai, Tim Horton’s, Esso, Econo Lodge are located) and approximately a few km from the intersection, you will turn left before you get to Simmon’s arena. You will see Simmon’s field and the fencing that goes around it. Turn left and you are right at Simmon’s field, continue past Siminon’s and take your next right and this will take you into the Colonel Gray site.
SHERWOOD:
Heather Avenue and Bowl - Turn onto the Bypass Highway heading toward Queen Elizabeth Hospital. At the intersection of Brackley Point Road, turn right and follow until you get to Coles Drive and then turn left. Heather Ave. is the first field and in behind the school is the Bowl.
French School — Turn onto the Bypass Highway heading toward Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Before you get to the Hospital you will see a turning lane as you are going around a curve (go through 2 sets of lights after the KFC at St. Peter’s intersection), turn left in this lane and after you turn off the Bypass Highway immediately turn right and follow the road until you get to the school.
Robin Hood — Take Bypass Highway until you get to St. Peter’s Intersection, take a left onto Rte2 and then take a left right after going past the KFC. Follow that road until you get to intersection (short road) and turn right. Go around first corner, take first left and follow road until you get to the field.
FORT AUGUSTUS:
Lions Community Centre — go over Hillsborough Bridge, as you are coming off the bridge, take the left hand turning lane (Bunbury) and follow that road until you get to the end of it. Turn left and follow road for a few miles until you get to the Lion’s Club Community complex (ball diamond and soccer field and small building all together).
STRATFORD:
Business Park — Go over Hillsborough Bridge and continue toward Stratford. Go past Sobey’s and head out of Stratford until you get to John Deere Dealership on your left hand side as well as the turning lane that is right there. Turn left and then turn immediately right and follow road to back towards the fields.
Keppoch Field — Go over Hilisborough Bridge and turn right at the Esso. Stay on this road for a few miles and keep an eye out on your left hand side until you see the field. It comes up on you quick as it is just a field — there are no schools or buildings to go along with it.
MONTAGUE:
To High School — Go over Hilisborough Bridge, continue on that road for approx. 15 minutes, will come up to a gas station on your right hand side (Buster’s? is the name?), take the left across from the gas station and follow that road until you get to Poole’s corner. When you get to Poole’s corner, turn right and head into Montague. You will follow main street in Montague past Superstore, MacDonald’s, etc.. Keep a look out on your right hand side and you will both the elementaiy and intermediate school one road over from Main Street). There is a Sobey’s on your right hand side.
To Complex — Continue on Main street past the high school, past Rodd Marina Inn & Suites, you will go over a short green bridge and come up to a set of lights. There is an Esso Gas station on your right hand side, turn right there, go up the hill and when you get to the Atlantic Fitness Centre, turn left and look for the Rotary Eastern Eagles Soccer Complex sign.
MORELL:
High School Field — Located off Rte 2 (St. Peter’s Highway, turn left at KFC off of Bypass Highway), upon entering the village of Morell, turn south on Rte 321 (intersection in front of Coop store) and continue up the hill until you see the High School on your right. The field is behind the High School.
Lions Club Soccer Complex — Located on Rte 2 (St. Peter’s Highway, turn left at KFC off of Bypass Highway), just west of the village. These are next to the mini-mall. The entrance to the Complex is currently off the main highway but it is hoped that an access can be obtained from the Coffm Road (next to the mini-mall)
Library Field — located on the Red Head Rd. behind the Provincial Library building. Turn north off Rte 2 at the intersection in front of the Bank of Nova Scotia and continue approx ‘A km until you see the Provincial Library on your left.
SOURIS:
Rink field — Go onto the Bypass Highway, turn left at the KFC at St. Peter’s Intersection and stay on that road into Souris. Stay on Main road thru the town of Souris to East boundary. Rink is on the left hand side from RCMP detachment. Field is behind rink.
High School — Main Street Souris to Chapel Ave. Turn left at Esso, right in front of St. Maiy’s Church on Longworth. Left on Lavie Ave. before High School.
Chaisson Field — Rte #16 to Rollo Bay (same road as you would head toward souris coming out of Charlottetown). Field is just past Rollo Bay School and Church on the highway.
